Hi MJ was the 69 Mustang hard to do?Any help would be great. John Pol wasnt to bad, but you need to plan it out tho............ here are some progress pics, only ones i took tho.. As you can tell tho i left the side scoops on........ to make it a phantom Mach 1 Coupe. on your's you will need to cut the 1/4 panel alittle lower from 69 cougar body.........just alot of sanding and fill work........

REALLY great conversions Mj, excellently done! Jell Ballard over at Motor City Resin Casters DOES make a 71/73 Mustang Coupe body that trans kits the AMT/Ertl Mustang fastback. It's a REAL nice conversion too. I have an old unbuilt 69 Revell coupe/convert, that I just may try messin with, now that I've seen how nice yours came out!

I'm well into this build now and ready for putty. Honestly, I'd recommend the resin body that I mentioned earlier unless you really enjoy cutting a kit into little pieces. This turned out to a very difficult one. Sorry, if this link doesn't work. bob
