ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL day in Paradise!!! We had NO winter to speak of here, an i'm HOPEIN it REALLY IS over. But we normally get two blizzards per winter, an this year we haven't even had a severe snowstorm yet. The ol Sibierean Express should come rippin thru by now but nope, nuthin, nada. The weather REALLY HAS changed in the 58 years I been breathein, Bruthas! Don't know if it IS global warmin, or wat, but SOMETHIN IS happenin!
Hope one of you guys is here tomorrow,tomorrow, I'll be here tomorrow,,,,, tomorrow's just a day aaaawaaaaayyy!!!!!! ;D

Know the feeling George!!! sorry been swamped here!! got the bathroom remodel taken care of finished yesterday today i had the auto glass people out to install the glass in matts car......... its shaping up! will try and add some photos this weekend for the people not on facebook.............. be good yawl!

Been gorgeous weather here too...been riding EVERY day,hahaha! A bit cooler today (and the neck/bakc's a bit warmer ),so's I's catchin up on much neglected housework (what...you think model building's been the only thing suffering during this bout of purdy weather? ),and maybe actually possibly-but-not probably git to the bench this week?

I was supposed to have built a AMT '25T for a 96 Hour build 3 weeks ago,hain't even opened the kit yet,and they done got another 96"er comin 6th of April ("Trucks!") I want in on...sigh

Man,Mj, when I first clicked on the pic, i thought that the truck was the Monte, an im thinkin to myself, Dam, this guys issa MONSTER! I could SWEAR he only had the engine IN the chassis, much less in the engine compartment bein all buttoned up like that!!!!! Keep on pluggin away, Bro, it'll get dun awright!!!
Steve, don't worry, I've had that same kit for 6 months now an still haven't opened it either! Got an original UNchopped kit in the green stripped dealers box too, circa 1964!

Didn't mow...they're calling for much rain and thunder tomorrow,it'd just resrpout fast afterward,so's I's gunna whack that grass Thursday instead (and that's exACTLY what I'm tellin Mama too,LOL! ). Last load of laundry I'm doin is drying now,dishwasher's cooling from it's 3rd load and there's one to go...hope I ain't too dang tired to fiddle with plastic

To many mens nowdays lettin they wimmins becomein TOO indypendent an they be gettin big heads an start abuseing they mens. Just warn her domestic abuse goes BOTH ways an you WILL report it, no matter IF tha cops think your a sissy or not!!! (J/K)
But you DO gotta earn yer keep, ain NUTHIN in this worl fer FREE!! The weather here has been NUTS the dam flowers an trees don't know whats goin on. The wifes Magnolia tree started bloomin all pretty an all, the night before last the temp dropped to 30 overnight and even though I put a big ol trashbag over it, the first blossoms are just fallin off now, all brown an stuff.
Welp, it'sa tree it'll bloom again, ya know wat i mean,vern?
Hope ta see Mj drop in. Yeeesh, it's almost like ol home week with all of us bein on here in one day! Geeeze, I can ramble on, can't i? ;D

Uh hu, yeah, we better just let THAT one go. BUT I MEANT my basketball. It'sa joke amongst my freinds an I. I'm 5'4' an not REALLY tall enough to play it very well, but I'd bring my ball in case. You know just in case we "Picked -Up" a game. Hence the term "Pick up game" Itsa southwest Detroit thing ,i guess. ;D

On dat other...ugh,you touched a sore spot...I pay my half (actually about 66%) of all da bills whether I does a chore or not,she forgets that sometimes an tries to lay ALL da house needing-dones on me likes I don't,an then we fit like old times,LOL! She then says "Well I go to work 5 days a week (35 hours worth),AND donate plasma to make ends meet,ALL the house doings and child needings are your responsibilities (and I shouldn't have to do ANYthing when I get home or my days off)". Which for the mostest part,I does mostest f it,and agrees,but she fergits that I still pay the first round of bills every month (by and large the biggest half every month,including house payment) all on my owns without a dime of hers-hain't my fault I don't hafta leave the house 5 days or donate plasma to does it,and hain't like when I worked outside the house and she dinnit (when I paid 100% of everything).

Of course,YOU dinnit hita sore spot,she occasionally does,LOL,you jest remindid me of's it

IDK where dat rain ol Dave Dirks (weaterman who's rarely too far off) warned about...maybe later this eve (it is clouding up a bit but no rain yet)? If'n none of it comes,I shoulda orta mowed yesterdee,huh? (where's that embarrassed smilie?)

Alla that up yunder done said...I shampoo'd every fiber of carpet in daHouse today,worshed every dish,trimmed the dog and worshed her too,LOL!

Morning Steve, i have the same problem here at home, she works and does nothing as she says..........her health has gone very south and doesnt wanna fix it, i think shes mad at me cause of the weight i have lost, and it wasnt easy i worked very hard everyday, plus do everything in the house and around, and gets gas in her truck when she needs it, and buys her smokes, and she cant even stop in the mornings, complains about the laundry, and whats for dinner, i make something out of the blue and she tells me she doesnt like it or i should have done it this way. if i would have done it ( i did once int he past and i was so close in wearing it) why does she think she can do the oposite, because shes the boss even tho i run the house i should have a say in it.......i could go on and on, but dont need to i think.....thats why i am not here everyday or evening cause i am working on my other sons car..... and yet i still get things done around here.......
next month i go in for surgery (out pataint) gona be down for acouple weeks healing and yet i bet she will still want this and that done and wont lift a finger to help........so i have called her sister to come and help which she said yes..
I remember back couple years ago when i went in for hand surgery, was in a cast (2 of them) for 2 months, and a splint for 3weeks, did she help no *itch alot yes. asked for help and never got it.....
so whens enough enough.......been togather for 23 years and have hit a major speed bump int he road........... yet she goes on every day liek nothing is wrong and pushes out alot of negatives for 100% of everything..........really getting depressed.............
