1977 Ford F150 *UPDATED* 06-30-08

Back in the body shop 1977 Ford F150 2wheel drive.
Was Put togather many years ago and well its a glue bomb so i had to be creative when i did my cutting to save as much as i could. Some areas just had to be cut to perserve it.........Glass heavily glued in...........
It was built as a monster truck the Destroyer got from a friend of mine just sent the body so i did some digging and found some junker stuff (for acouple other projects down the road see i never throw anything can it can be reused
Heres some before pics.........the chassis was in the 70's ford truck box....




Cut the back of the cab out to save the back of the cab and get the interior tub un-glued from it and was the only way i could think of to get it off safely.(tried to cut the interior tub away from the cabs before and ended up breaking them so i did it different this go around)

Ok here i have everything cut almost trimmed 100% to fit.......now everything needs to go in the lake for acouple days and i can start to glue it back togather.....

Ok i have the cab stripped and also have the fender unit glued to the cab........it is in primer but havent gotten any pics of that yet.......


Here is the pickup bed i mastered and is the stock wheel base box ( i moved the wheel well forward from the camper special location).

Need to add the molding back to it.

First coat of putty is on, and i have the back of the cab back on. thats not fancy at all! but atleast its on there...................
sorry for the crappy photos....... it was dark up there.....
Will get pics after i fine tune the sanding a bit. this will show were its at........all in all tho its shaping up......probly wont be perfect but good enough for the shelf........
