Sorry I missed this one. Fantastic! Had a 78 150 myself and this is spot on. Even put the valve stems in!

Heheheheh thanks Guys!! I had a 1978 F100 Straight six brought it back form the dead........ took me a year but i managed...... will post a pic of it in a bit........ nothing was straight on it every body panel was kicked in, windshield i couldnt see out of it was so smashed......... Motor was rebuilt in it, and short while later i had seen they put the flywheel on backwards and fixed it, i had a 1982 Ford wagon and i took the gas tank out of it and mounted it in the front of the box and put as topper on it then ran the filler neck thru it.........LOL Had a glas pak put on it and daul tail pipes... man did it sound nice!! The whole grill surround came from a '79 ford bronco the rest came form same salvage yard to complete it I think i have everything but a straight 6 for it.......... gona go for the same look as well...........red primer etc......

This is what mine used to look like, before I sold it. Had 12" lift, 427, 44" tires and put smaller ones on to lower it down.
