Just an old man that played briefly with models 50 years ago and now likes trucks as I'm a retired big rigger.

Bob here. A 61 year old, handicapped, retired smart A (as I am told). Love to build the showrods & also street rods that we had on the streets in my teen days. Dragging on the one way streets were my thing.

I can give you a hand. If you have yahoo messenger, add mastermodeler to you friends list and i/m me. I'll walk you through it. Seems complicated, but once you've done it a couple of times, you see that it really is easy. Alex

Hi all - I'm George Shaeffer, currently living in FL, hoping to move to western NC soon. Anyway, I've got a bunch of asorted model car kits I built about 20 years ago, unpainted mostly. They're showing their age and I've learned more since then, so I want to dissassemble them, then redo them, probably with more modifications. I like anything really wild and exotic or improbable. For example, I've got a built curbside Ferrari Dino that I want to pull apart, redo, then take off the engine cover and put a blown big-block where the little Ferrari six-cylinder would have gone. Wish I could afford a real one! But that's what modeling is for! So mmostly at this point, I need tips on getting the old buggers apart.
