That's sumthin I needs again...a 1:1 project toa tool around town in (granted,I LOVES toolinround town with pedals and 2 wheels,but I digress....),maybe another old 1st gen Dime or Blazer (cause they's cheap,plentifl,and squarebodies),or sumthin I can do little to git it rollin round town,but can keep on the project list (leavin the Merc van for a daily driver)....sigh  ....tax time '13 maybe?  Well,one thing keeping me in that rut has been some life issues,but they're settling and (finally) having closure and all that emotional garbage,but this house may be issue...we'e at the end of our lease-purchase,in the "crunch time" to buy,and are having real issues getting loan approval (despite having spent the last year actively and aggressively repairing our credit). I STILL can't get my dad to (get his mom,whose name it's in to) release deed to the property (house that burned property-that would garantee getting loan for here used as collateral,BTW)...you know,the land/home that I hold a satisfied (my part) legally binding contract fulfilled (my part) that I paid $52K for as was my portion of said contract? Well,no need to git a project going until I knows I ain'tagunnahafta pack n move,sigh. If I does hasta,the home owner (this house) will most assuradly sue for breech since his note will be due and he may hasta sell his business to cover it (despite that there isn't anything I've done to actively breech...if I cain't git a loan approved when I did all I was suposed ta,I cain't,looks to me like the credit service that set alla this up would be liable to me,but I digress again),and if he does,I will be sueing dad for breech (lawyer said he'd either hasta give the land,or the $52K,and that he would automatically be charged with felony real-estate fraud in excess of $50K...a serious felony...cause he sold it to us not owning it and refused to turn it over),so youse see's why I hain't done that yit. IDK  |

Theresa wants another Caddy, an the CTS can be gotten with 4 whd, so I'm thinkin that MAY be her next car. I can't afford a new one, but a 2 yr old one's still new ta ME! She's had two other Eldo's and LOVES the FWD on them, THEN she got the Ranger with 4wd an she gotta NUT on THAT rascal!!! Now, she says, if she can get that kinda traction inna CADDY, she wants one! Me, personally, i could be VERY happy with a nice little truck like that! It looks worth every penny of the asking price!
Around here, caz of the salt they use in the winter, you'd never find a little truck like that, THAT clean!!! I REALLY hope things work out for you to be able to keep it.

Hey guys, jus checkin in! Din't want ya'll ta be thinkin I din't care! Had a GREAT 4th, Theresa's off an it's NICE to just be with her. My Dad TOLD me it would be a long time BEFORE that could happen. He WASN'T kidding!and she still wants to work till she's 62 for IRS reasons! She know the money, I don't ,so I just trust her judgement. Welp, Steve I been prayin for ya bro, hope things are gettin better, Mj YOU about a car workin mutha, aincha? I'm impressed with your abilities. I KNOW what goes into puttin 'em together too!

Yeah,we losted the house. We honestly think it's a scam. I won't post the woman's name so she can't find this place by googling herself (wow...THAT could be taken outta contxt ,but click this link to local district law site,read (30 seconds to read,so go on now  ). The woman with the initials "T.R." is one and the same person who we contracted (not knowing ala that) on the lease purchase of this house. She was on trial when we met,and convicted 10 days after signing with her and giving her all our money,hopes and dreams to buy this house. She never said a d**n word. Been in touch with the US Attorney who convitced her last year,who put me in touch with the FBI agents who worked her case,they're "VERY interested" in our problem with this house and her,and are investigating to see if it's just us,or a "pattern of criminal fraululant embezzlings...a scam". We're moving from this 2 sotry house into a (pretty nice,awesome location-not for cycling though-good community....but smallish) trailer this month,starting tomorrow. Might be offline a while,had to pay all deposits and crap,and that greedy-assed electric company won't confer with their VA counterpart to see if I pay my bills,they asked a third party to assess the risk that I wouldn't and is chraging an OUTRAGIOUS deposit to hook up (FWIW,BVU,our corrent provider-same parent company as the new one,BTES,can atest that we apy before the due date EVERY time )....greedy bastards |

It'sa real pregnant dog to see/hear how tuff some of my brothers are havein it. I thank God EVERY day/nite for my good fortune.
Theresa still wants to work, but I'd rather her be home with me. HE has his plans for us, and so far, we've been letting HIM guide us. So, for us, Thank God, we're doin fair!
We could hit the lotto, but since we NEVER had alot of money, I probably wouldn't know wat to do with it! Blow it on junk, maybe! It would be nice though, to see how the other 1% live, even if only for a little while! Just keep the FAITH, bro, it'll ALL work out for the best!
Oh, an Mj, STAY AWAY from them small chrysler V-6's i been told that they're nuthin but 340's with 2 cylinders cut off. Kinda like the Chevy 3.4's only not as reliable. Don't really know, myself, but it's wat i was told.

You misunderstood...this wasn't a "rejected bid" or something that we did wrong or not do something right to cause this,there was no bid,we were contracted to BE the buyers,no one else...the whole thing was a scam by a convicted criminal,we lst not only our asses and home,but THOUSDANDS in fees and down payment-at this point,we're not even sure that this house is legitimately for sale. We met every criteria/condition laid before us,we paid everything on time once,and early every month for a year (between $883 and $968 per month in addition to the thousands in down payments),all the while these convicted felons KNOWING they were just taking our moneys and that we'd be thrown out and lose it all a year later...do you get what "SCAM" is? The FBI is taking this info and investigating it after the US ATTORNEY office told them to,does that sound like we made a bad bid or did something wrong? No,my good friend,32 days after having lost everything we own that was indoors to a house fire,we got intentionally screwed and scammed by criminals,people that we go to church with even,and there's documented proof. So you just automatically assume that I'm just being pissy after losing a bid? Really? Because you persoanlly haven't had a run of luck as bad as we have these last few years you automatically assume that I'm making nuts up? Really? The FBI and US Attorney's office doesn't investigate and open a case for someone That's NOT being intentionally and criminally screwed over by crooks. (sorry if that sounded pissy...you obviously dunno all the facts as I do,and after having been to my sorry-assed family and telling em this,and them flat accusing us of "just making nuts up",your comment kinda hit hard...but I still love ya,you still love me?  |
