You wont have to worrie about getting any more, cause i will kick ya to the door.......and ban ya........i dont need this crap i try my hardest to keep things afloat, and to get this in my in box.really strikes a nerve!
Just went thru most of the members, the ones who joined and signed in same day only,....... your gone ( The three that got kick havent been here in over a year), it means you lost your way or dont care to be here anymore...............Sorry dont mean to be harsh!

No worries here.....know the feeling about attitude. As for people who sign up and never return or show no activity for months on end......I toss them too. I dont particularly care for the big members numbers, its the participation of its members that makes it fun. So my friend....it aint harsh by my standards. ;D

Dont apologize Mj. Cleaning house is what keeps us regulars happy!! You have made the right choice!! We dont need any people who are not dedicated to the hobby, they are "DEAD" weight!!! Great job Mj. Keep it up.

Look , I don't post here a lot but I do stop in to see what "Classic " annuals are being re- done . Thats my primary reason for being here . I jus wanna see the OLD STUFF LIKE ME ! Ed Shaver

Ed Shaver you know what.....In my house(LOEM) as long as there is activity, even if its once in a while to check in and look at builds or show sign of life.....a member will not be removed.....I know with me I have had quite a few members sign up and then dont post at all or show any sign of life for months on end....those are the ones that swept out. No sense signing up for something and never show yourself again. It may sound harsh, but I have been on forums that have 200-400 members or more and 1/2 of them never come back or show any sign of life.......but the numbers look good. |

I agree with you on that. Numbers aren't everything. I would rather have a forum with 50 members that are all active then one with 400 members with most being lurkers or never come back and that forum show no more activity than the small forum.

i dont get on much anymore on any of the modeling sites like i used to. ive been busy with work and home and honestly i havent even touched a model in months but i still lurk around with the hopes that something will get me motivated to start building again.

I am talking about the ones that joined a year ago sighed on that day or the next and is over a year old with no posts, so i did some house cleaning, is why the number count went down........
heres what i do, i go thru each member and seen the last log in day was........ if it was with in a 6 month time span i leave em.........but come next year if its a year old, i fiqure they lost there way and wontbe coming back cause they forgot..........

I agree, better active members than big figure´s  But I also know that I´m on the limbo, since I don´t post so often  This year have been the most busy one, I ever gone through, so I haven´t had the time to post or build  I am sorry for that and all I can do is hope for a better 2010, and I also hope for a great 2010 for all of the members of this great forum  |
