when i was a youngster, my brother started to take me to the drags with him. well, mostly i had to nag or blackmail him but, anyway we would go. i saw this running there and found out the older brother was taking his younger brother and they built this car. i figured maybe there was hope for my brother and me. one can only hope.

59desoto, thanks for the reply. it is all scratch built. the box is from a model t, shortened. the body is from the ala kart. the frame is from a '32 ford roadster. i had to shorten it also. the 1-1 has a coil spring pontiac rear, so i used the one from the catalina kit. the radius rods are scratch built from evergreen plastic.
