Another thing i like to build is vintage box art models. Can't go wrong when trying to stay "traditional" there! I especially like to build unbuilt kits because that is what they were meant for in the first place. Collecting is not my thing.

went to Kohler's tonight and well, i didn't have anything i was already working on that was easier to take and work on. i grabbed this thing up and finished the engine up. i spent more time cleaning flash away and trying to decipher what part was the distributor since it's just a lump compared to what it should look like. the kit chrome is pretty good, but most of the engine parts are faded and i painted in chrome model masters. the kit lacks a lot of detail, but it's just a box art build and won't matter much on the shelf. i am not sure if the Red Wagon is any better? It's the same kit......only comes with a phone booth for you to change into your Superman suit, Bob.

lol I gave the phonebooth to Jason when we traded, no need for it. I forgot about this thing.....geez I need to catch up with stuff.
