Who will be watching the event or going Kinda burnt out on NASCAR but still enjoy the unpredictable super speedway tracks and of course Bristol, always fun there where the tempers can really flare LOL .. ANYONE ??

I, too, am burned out on NASCAR. For me it's as much age as anything. I just feel it's gotten way too "big money" with drivers who seem less interesting. Also, NASCAR has been so much an Old South regional working class sport, I feel less connected to it. I wish them all well and hope for minimal accidents. Too many drivers have died or been permanently injured for me to see crashes as a sporting thrill. Just my feelings on it these days.

The days of old really was much more interesting and like you said harron68 money and corporate sponsorship has take a lot out of many sports. Seeing those guys hurt was never a thrill. The short track racing was always safer and offered a lot more. I moved from Ohio to Alabama in the 60ies and had the opportunity to meet some of the older NASCAR drivers of yesterday. They was just everyday guys and most would take the time just to talk unlike the one's we have today.
