Wish I could help. Only things I can suggest if the internet hasn't got listings of "dealers" of promos of the past, is to see if there are any model "conventions" or swap meets around nearby. There are usually dealers with lots to sell and prices are negotiable. Here in the Midwest we have a number of places that twice-a-year have the shows. It's worth traveling a goodly distance, as some folks share motel rooms and stay the weekend for the shows and friendships. Getting together with other grizzled old modelers can be great fun as well. Incidentally, there other more active model sites where you may get a better answer. Drastic Plastics and Skid's Place are a couple and there's always the Scale Model Enthusiast (magazine) website.
