i bought all the s/s models and thought i should build one finally.
i just built it box stock, not much detail. most of my builds are from scratch so this was a real challenge for me. now, if i can just learn how to take a better pic.

That looks good! A good challenge helps with the modeling skills and helps you stretch your interests, I'd say you met this challange very, very well.
