Here we go, my first for 2011!!! this is the '94 repop of the Monogram Ice T. Painted with the new Testors Star Spangled Blue lacquer. The only mods I did to this was to open up the center area of the highrise intake and removing the lip that went all the way around the gas pods and stripped the chrome off of those parts.
