Good looking build! Your underhood detailing is great ....as usual.
Question, do you buy the model detailing braided line or are you using coaxial cable and stripping the coating off? I ask because I am trying to find the code number and place to order the small coax.

Robert, I tried for years to simulate braided steel, my solution will suprise you. You probably already have the materials needed in your house right now. Ready? Try mini-blind pull strings...lol. Simply paint them silver and add some foil to the ends.

I am liking this a lot. The white/purple colors together are so eye-popping cool!! The engine bay details are wicked!!

Painted mini blind pull string?! Who would have guessed. I will be heading to the hardware this afternoon. Great idea and they would be easy to work with.
