IMO one of the handsomest cars ever done by GM... not a wasted line on the whole car!
Looks like you need to smooth some mold lines, at the rear of the side windows, I had that same problem on mine.
This kit is one of AMT's best ever. Good luck with it!

Your off to a good start. Looking good. I have recently seen the new 72 olds convert kit, and it looks like a very sweet kit. I am going to have to find one. I have 3 of the 69's, 2 of the 70's, and the 72 would look good with them. I will be looking for the updates.

Just read your open, thought I'd impart a little 4-4-2 info. I've owned three of them and several Cutlasses. Yes, the car in your kit is a Cutlass, but with revised suspension and running gear, marketed as a competitor to the GTO and other muscle cars. The 4-4-2 started just after the GTO in 1964 and originally it was a 'police package'. The name, 4-4-2, originally stood for 4-barrel, 4-speed, and Dual exhaust. The original engine was a high compression 330c.i. 310 horse Olds engine. In '65 the new engine was a 400c.i. The '69 4-4-2 standard motor was a 400. By '70, the engine for the W30 was a 455. 4-4-2 never was the engine size, just the model name.
