AAAH Steve, THE magic words! NO SNOW!!!! Yeah, I DO SO enjoy my Grand Kids! Praise God I'm still at an age where I can play with and appericiate them. My Daughter Joy wasn't born till I was 25 an Therese was 26 but now it's HER turn to raise kids! We've dun ALL the kid raisein we're gonna do (cept for HERS!) She'll do good though, caz she turned out pretty good! Nice out this moanin, it's 40 degrees out already, the news says it'll get ta 60!!! Lordy COULD spring be here yet??? It's feelin nice out! Marc, I'm hopein yer wrist heals up soon for you, I'm right handed an when I had my Carpal tunnel surgery it was a REAL bich tryin ta wipe my "you know what" with my LEFT hand!!!! ;D 292 left guys! (wasn't that a Ford displacement?)

Yeah,I can't wait ot get Grandkids...I can fill em up with chocolate and send em home,teeheehee!
mid 40's today,drizzle all day,but so much better than just a few weeks back!
Squeezed a little benchtime in between appt's (1st benchtime in weeks). ;D

Well the wrist isn't getting any better yet but I talked to my boss earlier today and she is going to put me down for vacation for this week so I can still get paid. I did score me some more plastic in the last 2 days and I will try and get some pics of them up soon. Hope you all have a great day today!

Glad to hear you'll get paid for your time off Marc. And that ol sayin about grandkids just ain true Steve. I miss my grand kids once they go home.I don't know, maybe cas Joy was an only child or somethin, but when she got married at 23 I sure missed her not bein home! Now we see her every Wednsday for dinner, and usually every Sat, or Sun. She tends to call her Ma every nite, so I guess we're lucky that she still likes to stay close. The house just seems empty without her a Theresa beein gone all day. Bein retired does get lonely sometimes. I quit drinkin an smokin dope when I left the plant in 06, but alot of my freinds still do. It just din't feel right to be spaced out all the time. Wasn't anymore reason to wanna get high anymore, the crap that made me wanna forget where I was wasn't there anymore! Oh well, we gotta GROW up sometime! 29 out right now, gonna get up to 60 they say. That's NICE, me a Fred the Wonder Dog had a nice time out yesterday, we played out side for a few hours yesterday. It was nice! 291 ta go!!!

Ooooh such beautiful weather today! I didn't get ANYTHING done for sittin on the porch,LOL!
I won't be around much-if any the next 4 days,starting a 96 hour build in a couple hours (plus a lil cousin is gettin hitched Saturday). I wanna wish y'all great weekends before I forget ;D

Well George, looks like its going to be just the 2 of us for the weekend.
As for projects, now that my desk is the way I want it from the rearranging with the new shelves I can now get busy.....well as busy with them as I can with this dang wrist LOL. The Super Sno-Sport took a couple of steps back. I was getting ready to clearcoat it when i made the discovery that my 2am-stepping-out-the-front-door-to-spray left me with some very uneven coats of paint so its now in the brake fluid......bummer. But in its place is a model that I got from my oldest pain in the b......I mean sweetheart Brandie that she got me for Christmas. Its a show rod called "The Mummy Machine" and the parts glow in the dark LOL. Lots of flash on this kit and that is what I spent most of my night doing, cleaning up parts. Now lets see how much I can get done tonight.

THANKS Steve, I'll know where you are now! Have a GREAT time at the Wedding!!! Yup Marc, It's jus me an you, I guess! No big deal, caz your GREAT company too! Yeah, as soon as I can figger out how to post from my personal pictures into my photobucket, I'll finally be able to post pics! I CAN post from my PB to the forums I belong to, but not from my PERSONAL files to PB. I don't have any pics of my models,to be honest with ya, caz it never occured to me to take any! I don't enter any contests, or ever even take any just to show. I do participate in my CLUB meetings and all, but I'm not really interested in showing my stuff off. If you COME OVER my house you'll be able to see them, but for the most part, I tend to keep them to myself and my personal freinds.and believe it or not, when the days get nicer, I tend ta just sit out on the deck, jus like Steve, and enjoy them. A cold glass of Iced Tea, some nice music(usually classic rock) Fred the Wonder Dog, and my beautiful wife for company, Yeah, THAT'S the ticket!!! 290 left. Goes by FAST don't it? ;D

Well I don't know much about PhotoBucket but I'm sure it is about the same as Fotki that I use. All I do on Fotki is make an album for the pics then goto the photo upload page, select the pics I want from my computer and its done. It doesn't move the pics just copies them over. Give it a try sometime, cause I would love to see your models as I am sure several others would to. Well it was a very nice day here today but the clouds are now moving in and they are calling for rain tomorrow starting about 9am........the swamp land will live again LOL.

Moanin Marc! An Guys! Yeah, one of the other guys on another forum is helpin me out with this! I'm NOT the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to this kinda stuff, but with a little help from my freinds, I'll get by!(Coulda been a good Beatles song title,Eh?) Yeah, I bet quite a few guys think I don't build just visit. Over at the MCM forum one of the guys actually posted real complete directions on how to do it, but like I said, it's not all that simple to ME! I'll get it down though, come Hell OR swampland!!! Its about 40 out right now, but we're supposed ta get rain all weekend too! Oh well March DID come in pretty harsh,so let's hope it goes OUT quietly!!! 289 (Good displacement) ta go!

Once you get it figured out and do it a few times you will be telling yourself man this is easy LOL. Well its about 52 here right now and the weather here changed the forecast a little and now its not suppose to start raining till about 6pm.

Was a gorgeous day,hit mid 70's with very little cloud coverage,my lil cousin got hitched and seems really happy (and the dude seems already whoop'd,LOL!). Been working feverously on a 96 Hour Build over at TRaK and KustomCarz,got it about 95% done now. Ahhhh.........great weekend!!! ;D Here's a teaser of the 96 hour build (paint's on and curing)...    Should be done,all but the clear,pollish and final assembly with little effort tomorrow ;D |

Glad ya had a good time Steve, it'll be 38 years for me an Theresa on the 24th of this month. Hope he's as lucky as me! Yeah Marc, we must be on the latitude, caz we never got any rain either, only clouds,an THAT'S fine with me!!! Still a little cooler than yestiddy though, anout 38 right now. Only supposed ta get up to 40 or so, so I guess were nearly there! 288 an counting!

Sure HOPE so Marc, I got all happy like seein it get warmer an nicer out, but now It gets colder an not so sunny, so I AM bummed out, but, that's michigan,stick around it'll change soon enough! Hope Steve is back too, I think us 3 are that only ones keepin this particular thread alive! Well spring IS comin, just NOT fast enough!! 39 out, sposed to get to about 50 with rain.
