i scratch built a bomber seat for the parts box rod i have been working on for awhile.... the seat is just "taped together" right now. i will brace it up and the center section will be brought up like it should so it's not so deep.  Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki |

...i used real aluminum sheet and cut them out. i drilled the lightening holes with a drill bit of course  here are some "hint" pics....  Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotkii didnt take a pic of the center section....but when i get back on this thing, i will try to do that. |

How'd you do the bullet holes. I think I know the general concept but share a secret with a brutha.

I think I know the general concept but share a secret with a brutha. i used a small dril bit to put the tiny hole, then used a bit that was a few times larger to make the concave around the hole, painted with metalizer steel paint kinda dabbed dry brush. results are great! |
