Can anyone inform me of the best glue to use on these engines. I started building an engine, and put on some CA glue, placed the parts together, and went to adjust them, and bingo, the parts were welded together instantly. Seems there is no wiggle room with resin. This is the first resin I have worked with. Any advice would really be appreciated.

Super glue is all I have ever used but before gluing the parts together I always press them together and check to see what timing is needed as well as fit. Most always something will need to be dome as working with any plastic kit

I use a slower super glue gel, available at most craft and hobby stores. It gives you around 25 seconds to adjust the fit. It won't flow, so you have to put small drops of it on one of the surfaces. If some squeezes out, you can wipe it off, quickly!

You can ALSO use EPOXY to join resin peices. The might be an easier was to go, as it does set slower, an will give you the "wiggle" time you may need. Or yeah, a slower setting super glue GEL like was mentioned, might help.
